Hey I am getting the mini morimoto h1 kit with white xb led angel eyes. Has anyone gotten rid of their drls and wired the halos to run all of the time? How would you do this. (2003 toyota tacoma)

No idea on disabling the DRLs on a 1st Gen, but you can wire the halos to a relay that's triggered by the ignition (hot in run) to get the halos to run any time the truck is running.

Any idea on how to wire the halos to a relay that is triggered by the ignition?

It's pretty basic. You need to find someone local that can help you do it.

ohh and im actually running the xb angel eyes also i just tapped into my parking lights if u wanted the angel eyes to run all the time i suggest running to the ignition or acc power
