    do I need to change coils and wires when I change spark plugs? 2005 tacoma 4 cyl with 121m

    If you have hod no problems with engine performance (i.e. not misfiring or arcing) then I would wait to change the wires until you are closer to 150k miles. As far as the coils, unless they are failing, you don't need to replace them as any type of maintenance.
