    I live in NY and was going to swap carrier but someone totaled my truck before I got a chance. This is a low mileage 4:10 ratio rear elocker carrier. Harness is included. What you see is what you get. This elocker is clean and I will guarantee it functions flawless. I bought it off a toyota tech who took it off a customers salvaged truck. This carrier has 36K on it. I paid alot more prior when I thought I was going to swap.
