I get about 17mpg with 255/85/16s daily driving them. I would have got better, but the ARB bumper killed about 1.5mpg when I put it on.

Old thread... But have to chime in... I ran Trxus MT's on my jeep for a couple years.

The thing to say about them was "they're a freaking good OFF ROAD tire."

Terrible on the street, and effing heavy. I ran them in a 35 inch flavor, my BEST tire took 23 ounces to "balance" my worse was up around 26.75 ounces. I know people will ask how do you get THAT much weight on a tire in the same zone.. Well stick on tire weights stack ;)

They were the reason I tried air soft bb's inside the tire.

Rock crawling, mud, driving over junk cars? My god they were wonderful. If I ever had a trail only rig, that did east coast rocks I'd have no problem running them.

Just had to add my thoughts on the tire.
