Whats this ?

Just picked up my 2013 Tacoma. Already planning mods.
I have a dual battery system I removed from my FJ that I'll put into the Taco but this is in the way rectangle silver thing

I'm sure it's NOT a flux capacitor I was thinking I could move it to the fire wall.

EDIT: Not ABS module.

If it weren't for the fancy bracketry, I would've thought it aftermarket, like an HID ballast. Where do the wires go from the module? Does it go into the manifold air injection pump?
