Just received a Tonno Pro from a top seller on Ebay.

    2012 Prerunner short bed.

The weather gaskets do not make contact at the bulkhead or tailgate. There is a 3/8" air space with everything clamped down. The side rails have a composite overlay - so they are at different heights from the head an tail.

The seller informs me Tonno Pro is aware of the problem and will contact them tomorrow to see if larger gaskets are available.

Is anyone aware of an acceptable sorta-weather-tight fix?

    Thanks in advance.

I've got the tonnopro and noticed the same thing. I just used 2 layers of the included weather stripping at the section closest to the rear glass. I get good enough coverage at the tailgate that I didn't do anything there.

Very little leaking that I have noticed. Even when washing and spraying directly at it. Other than that middle sections towards the rear glass where I had to use 2 layers of weather stripping, it seals up pretty good. And it seals up good in that area now with the 2 layers. I might see a few drops in there after a wash, but nothing that concerns me at all.
