RPMs hanging

    New guy here...first post. I've got a new 2012 (in September 2012) V6 Tacoma with manual transmission, about 3500 miles on it. When I coast to a stop light in neutral, the RPMs hang at about 1250-1500 till I get to about 1 mph, then it goes down to idle. Doesn't seem right...any ideas for this newb? Thanks.

    All 6 speeds do it. Emissions stuff.

    Don't think any one has tried to tackle it I'm sure it's written into the ECU's furry little brain there is no cable it all electronic. I have had mine for about 30K and I don't even notice it any more.
