    Nice home.

    Look inside the garage at the wall to ceiling seam on the living space side near the front corner along the garage side of the stairs to the 2nd floor.

    If you see any irregularity in the painted surface, (and even if you don't) extend that upper gutter downspout discharging upper roof water onto the lower roof into the lower gutter with an extension and a short elbow. This will help limit accelerated roof shingle wear there as well as limit potential leakage during weather and seasonal (winter) extremes.

    Estimated cost to address: $13.00 if you do it yourself.
