    I found out by plugging the front speakers into the rear of the deck. When I did that the fronts sounded bad. I also put a new RCA cable on the rears to see if that was it

    Pioneer CD, Megaloud/JBL amps, Rockford/Polk speakers.
    Easy way is buy a new head unit. I had a nice Blaupunkt that did it to me about 20 years ago, killed me but it was over $200 to figure it out. The radio was worth a good amount but I'd already spent over $100 on it after getting it free 2 years prior so between the 2 numbers I felt it best to walk away..
