Wiring for alternator

    2004, V6, 4x4, Auto.
    Looking for the wiring diagram for the charging system.
    Wire harness to the back of the alternator burnt. Have no idea why.
    Need to find out what the three wires to the back of the alternator are.
    Also an referance volts.

    i have a factory manual, but it dosen't have anything on the charging system.
    I think it's in the wiring manual that I don't have.
