Look out for snakes in the grass guerrilla marketing.
Mine does too, usually just turn the bluetooth off then back on again on the phone, when that fails I just plug it into the usb port.

Doesn't help with the phone calls though - I try not to talk too much while I'm driving but it'll get your music back ;)

I was told by the dealer when I bought mine that there is a glitch with bluetooth. My iphone works fine via bluetooth for phone, but the apps are no go. I have to connect my iphone via usb for it to work with apps and music.

I've heard that the Iphones have never had decent Bluetooth. I have had two android phones, an HTC incredible2 and the Samsung GS3 connect with both music and phone with out any problems. I also have a Toshiba Thrive and a Galaxy Tab for the kids strapped to the back seats when we travel and they connect as music players with out any problems, used for watching movies. Never any problems.

I might have my order mixed up but I synced as media player first then phone only. Then my phone worked both as a music player and phone.

    Love it to death.

I have used iPhone Android and BB all within the last year. Iphone had a very flaky blutetooth connection. iPhone doesn't have Apt-X (though I most head units don't support it yet) either. My HTC One X has solid connection, and Apt-X, but can only connect to one audio device at a time, while iPhone and BB could connect to multiple. The BB had the best radio of all. It also seemed to pair with my devices almost instantly. On incoming calls, I could choose which device I answered it on (car head unit, or jawbone).
