07 TRD SPORT seat tearing

urd intake, race runner coilovers, fox 2.0 piggy back rear, tsb leafs, pro comp light bar, kc 6x9 hid, bfg mud terrain km1, tailgate anti theft mod, banks exhaust, oil filter drain hose extension, optima yellow top. debadged and peeled all the stickers off

The driver side seat right above the lumbar adjustment knob on my 07 TRD sport is starting to tear. Anyone else have this problem or know someone who can fix it? The truck has less than 74k miles and it's been showing wear since about 30k miles
