Has anyone relocated the p/s pump reservoir and the windshield washer bottle?
It looks like a perfect spot for a 2nd battery.
On my FJ there was room on the passenger side fender close to the fire wall but on my '13 the air pump and some other electrical thing is in the way. Trying to decide which is going to be easier to do.
Also any pictures of your dual battery install?
    Thanks

Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
Probably not so much the washer reservoir, but certainly the PS pump. I've been considering the same for a while, for different reasons (belt-drive OBA compressor). If I ever get around to it, I'll let you know.

I've been looking for info and came across pictures of newer 4runners having done the relocation of the reservoir. I'll have a better look in the morning.
I already have a battery box, if it will fit the battery will fit.

Look into rotating your battery 90 degrees.
I've seen a number of 2nd Gens with dual batts on the driver's side.

I tried that yesterday, the OEM batter is too long 7 wide to get the optima along side it. Thanks

And that's a shit load of weight on the drivers side. Driver, controls, gas tank, battery. Plus more from another battery. I'll definitely try to pu y battery on the passenger side when I run duals.

    Good luck with that Optima.

Their QC has gone to shit since they outsourced production.

It was small enough to fit in the space on the FJ.
I've had real good luck with the AutoZone batteries.
