I drive a 2002 Tacoma Prerunner 2wd it has the 2.7 liter 4 cylinder engine with an automatic transmission and I was wondering if my truck is capable of pulling 33s decently without tearing anything up.

Lots of people are pushing 33s on their 4cyl! The only thing is you'll be wearing out steering components faster do to the bigger tires.
