    from reading this whole thread I wouldn't even think about the restitution. You'll never see it, it sucks, but that's what happens to the victims.

    I'm still waiting for the $350 towing and impound charge I'm owed from the guy who stole my motorcycle over 2 years ago. Like it was said a few posts back, you got the cheapest way this could have turned out so don't feel too bad about having to pay $150.

    sorry to hear about that man i hate a thief! i had my 04 honda cr125 stolen the day i bought it! i wanted that exact bike for a long time and finally came across one in mint condition and i was working two jobs for a couple months of course i was 17 then but never the less i finally had the money so i bought it and...... it was stolen from me the same night i bought it!!! never did get to ride it! It gives you an aweful feeling and you lose all trust! i thought at first maybe the friend from work i bought it from but then realized he sold me the bike so he had someone to ride with since he had another bike and he lived 45 mins away and had no clue where i lived.. but it still makes me sick and i am 23 now! sorry to hear about all that happened
