    Just finished changing my rear differential for the first time after 82,500 miles! I know im late but better late than never. I followed the DIY guide by chris4x4! Very helpful! I must say this is a very simple change and you should do it if you havent! It took me 30 minutes only because i was being careful! I used
    $28 75w-90 Synthetic Gear Lube - 1 Quart (Pack of 2)
    75w-90 mobil 1 fully synthetic oil with 4 ounces out of a tube of LSD additive. I would recommend getting some type of tubing, because even with the squeeze spout bottles i had, i struggled getting the last 1/8th of the bottle to empty because of the spare Tire being in the way. Anyways, it does feel much smoother now.

    5100's and 883 OME Coils TRD Exhaust Deaver 1.5" AAL Rear Differential Breather Extension, 4WD Light, Tailgate Pipe clamp, Fog lights on while High Beams on, Carrier Bearing flip
    Last time I did mine I ran some tubing up over the passenger side tire and used a funnel. Quick and easy. Trying to pump it or squeeze the bottles is a huge pain.

    Too much time. Plus with a tube and funnel you're standing up next to the truck and not laying down under the truck.

    just did mine on my new accustion2008 taco,used a small pump from walmart 15$ keep oil warm goes quick,did tranny as well,next is rad.

    Just did mine yesterday after 120k miles and the oil still came out dark red and clean, just fyi. I had no issues while driving before and have none now, ( but I don't off road or pull anything heavy). I used valvoline 80w90 LS as per Toyota Dealer suggested. Now Contemplating doing my tranny fluid or not.
