If it's a fair deal, there's no harm/no foul. If they only want a price that is way below fair market value, and you're feeling guilty and worried the deceased will come back to haunt you, offer to pay them some more or to make a donation in the deceased persons name to some charity or something similiar. Then enjoy your new taco.
