This is my first Tacoma... Hell, first truck actually. The 2.7 is a little underpowered from what I'm used to, but with the 5 speed it does well. I traded in an 08 VW passat with a 3.6L, so the decrease in power is very apparent, but I was looking more for reliability and utility than power.

Today was the first day I was able to take it out on a dirt road and get it into 4H. I can say that I can complete confidence in this rig, even with the stock AT20 tires. It took a 6 foot long section of muddy water immediately followed by a steep incline with no problem. Depending on how the tires do in the snow, I may keep them or I may be replacing them before next Winter, but they'll work for now.

Here's a pic of the truck. It's a 2013 4 cyl. 5 speed 4x4 with the SR5 package. Sorry for the dealer paper front plate insert, the picture was taken the day after I bought it and I forgot it was there.

Thank you. It's definitely a truck I'll be happy owning for the next 10+ years.

Welcome, nice truck! Those tires are good for 1k miles lol. So I'd ditch those tires pretty quickly. More pics though, looks nice!

Considering how much I drive, then they will then last me until about April next year :D. I agree though, from the sound if it from others and how they act in the PNW rain, I won't have them on for too long.
