Picked up my TRD Cat Back Exhaust from the dealer. Could have gotten it cheaper online but I was affraid of it being damaged during shipping. Hopefully install it over the weekend. Only have 200 miles on the truck, hope the exhaust gasket is reuse able.

Your fine it will take you an hour tops to install. Best tip to remove the rubber hangers is to use wd 40 and then for the gasket your fine no worries about that you can reuse it

Your exhaust gasket should be fine. Mine was okay when I put the TRD exhuast on my truck earlier this year after about 48,000 miles and having already switched from the stock setup to a Gibson cat-back. I did, however, have a new gasket on hand and decided to use it since it was available. Just be careful removing the stock exhaust and installing the new one - you obviously don't want to scrape, tear, score, mash, etc. the gasket. Enjoy the TRD!

Edit: To remove/install the hangers in/out of the rubber grommets I used a pair of vice grips. I put one jaw on the rubber grommet and the other jaw on the metal hanger and simply squeezed. I didn't need to use any soap, WD40, etc.

You don't need many tools, just a 14 mm socket and a large pair of channel locks. I was amazed how simple it was. Just didn't seem right ripping something out of a new truck!! I was going to wait until the weekend then decided just to go for it. Took less than an hour. Someone here suggested removing the spare which I did, gave me more room.

You may not have saved much money online. The couple of dealers I checked added on a hefty freight charge due to the size.
