Need to make a lift decision. Help..

    Currently 3" revtek lift, plan to upgrade.
    So I have been reading up a lot on tw and have learned quite a bit about lifts. I currently have the 3" revtech suspension lift. I dont know if i should go ahead and install that or is there a better way that would give me about 2.0 - 2.5" of lift without breaking the bank. Any information would help.

    I have the OME 885x springs in front with 5100s at 0 and 5100s in the rear with an add a leaf. It is an awesome ride and was very inexpensive. Cost about $500 and as a much better ride than stock. It yieldedabout 2.5" in front and 3" in the rear.

    Sorry, what does "at 0" mean here? Is that a position indication of some kind? Is the motivation for "add a leaf" to get rear-end height, stiffer ride, more load carrying capacity, or what? In other words, why not just the 5100s in front and back?

    If you dont care about adjustabity, get the ome 885 springs and ome nitrocharger shocks. Add a leaf, install, and go pound the shit out of your suspension. Awesome ride, for low cost

    The 0 setting means that the shock is providing 0 lift because the coil springs are doing the lifting. The purpose of the add a leaf is to gain geight in the rear. It does help the rear sag less under load but does not increase the towing capacity. I actually have a better ride now than with stock suspension. You could just use the 5100s up front for the height on the lift settings but it will be more stiff and sacrifice ride quality. For the few extra bucks it is worth it to get coil springs IMO.

    I have OME 885x, OME nitro shocks all around with an AAL in the back. 2.5 in front, 2 in the back...love the ride, on road and off
