I have a 2005 tacoma V6 with 181,000 miles. I'm suspecting I have a slight head gasket leak. At this point I'm considering replacing the engine/transmission and upgrading it with an STS turbo. The truck is in immaculate condition sporting a 2" lift with 17" wheels. Not wanting to buy a new truck, what are your thoughts and opinions?

I would diagnose exactly what issues with any you may have and how much it will cost to fix. There are some people here with over 300k on the 4.0 I wouldn't be so quick to throw in a new engine.
