I have a 97 2.7 4x4 with 33x12.50x15. Any idea on what gears would work the best? I drive mostly on the highway and the truck struggles at highway speed.

Your 4x4 auto 4 cyl, more than likely you have 4.56 right now and have the option of 4.88 or 5.29. 4.88 would be your best shot if you do mostly highway.
