Cold turkey stopped dipping almost exactly 168 hours ago (1 week). It's not pretty. Really enjoyed it after eating, when I woke up, after working out (& after sex) & with a cup of coffee. Bad part is I don't want to quit but, my brain is telling me I need to...

If you hate being a quitter then think of it as choosing a different path.

I didn't want to quit smoking but knew when I got to a pack a day, it was too much. I found a good time to quit cold turkey and it was the best decision I made. Now, I won't lie and say I haven't had any since then (2007) but I no longer have the need or want to consistently smoke. I might have one here or there (usually drinking) but I feel so much better when I don't and can certainly tell a difference. Believe me, you will notice a difference.
