pro comp 7089's don't fit??????

    There's your mistake they tell every taco owner 16's don't fit. They fucking suck at their jobs they need to hire people that are a little more knowledgable about products and applications

    No, so long as you tighten the lugs the right way. Lug centric wheels should be tighten with the weight off the wheel and of course in a crisscross pattern as usual. Try to tighten them as evenly as possible a little at a time.

    I have 17" procomp 7089's got them from Discount Tire(America's Tire) fit fine... no problems

    4wheelrparts is notorious for turning down tacoma owners that ask them to put 16's on

    I have 16" 8069's and there was a little grinding for a block or two after I got em installed. There is almost no clearance from the front of the caliper to the backside of the wheel. The caliper itself clears the inside of the wheel just fine, but if I replaced my brake pads today I'd probably get some rubbing

    Did you have to shave your callipers at all to fit? how close would you say they are to not fitting?
