lazy seat belt return 2nd gen

Hey guyz . Got a 2010 double cab .
Why do my seat belts have such a tough time returning when I get out of the truck ?
Just did a search and a bunch of issues come up for the first generation indicating that you gotta make sure you pull them tight before you close the doors , but only a few different chime complaints with the 2nd generation . Not much being said about the lazy return issue on these critters . I have closed the doors on the belt buckle a few times now and so has the passenger . Is it just my truck ?
The belts are very clean . I may just try some lube . Dunno ?

 

Anybody have a similar issue ?

I have a similar issue with the drivers side in my '08.

Mine has always been like that. I've learned to lob it over my shoulder to get it to retract.

A twisted belt could cauuse this also

 

Get them replaced......

We see this once in a while.
