Thanks. They're made in Granbury Texas. Interchangeable barrels. They have another with grip extended for your pinky finger, this one was cheaper.

quick question. Without going out and buying special gun lube and solvents, what can I do with the following chemicals I have in the garage for my truck to clean and maintain my Remington 870?:

    - Break Cleaner
    - WD-40 (I'll try to avoid using this apart from removing surface rust
    - DuPont Dry Teflon Lube

    Thanks!

Honestly I've only used Rem oil and synthetic gun oil for the action so it doesn't freeze in the field. They seem to keep it pretty clean.

I use the dupont multi purpose lube with teflon on all of my guns now...i started using it on the chain of my 'Busa i went from needing to adjust the chain to almost never needing too because its slowed wear that much plus is didnt sling anywhere..

as for the brake cleaner that stuff can be pretty harsh on stuff painted with enamel and lacquer paints...

Wd40=Water Displacement Formula 40...it is not a lube or oil

Here's what you do...leave them sit exactly where they are, then go to Walmart and buy a can of Rem-Oil. This should last you about 10 years with an 870.

I was going to use the brake cleaner only inside the receiver and/or bore to break down build ups and lube afterwards. I searched a bunch of gun forums and they all say non-chlorinated brake cleaner is pretty good to use.

I have a crap ton of dupont teflon dry lube that I use for my truck that I have read is really good for lubing guns since more gun lubes have teflon in them anyways.

Magpul MOE stock on a Mesa Tactical adapter and Enidine Recoil buffer.

Please don't use Rem oil. It sucks.

Get a can of Break Free CLP. It seems you're lazy about firearm maintenance, so that would be a good product for you.
