Nope. One positive power feed to each side. Separate switched high and low beam grounds.

Oh wow now i feel stupid, tried it like that and the factory plug gets power when the high beams are on. That leaves me to believe the relay control box from TRS is faulty. Contacted Andrew about the issue.

I think you are on the right track.

The only reason I know about the switched ground is I learned the hard way on my previous Toyota truck. I had built a heavy duty harness to run 80/100W H4 headlights. It's a screwy system, and all kinds of odd things can happen if you hook into it like it's a positive switched setup.

Unfortunately trs is closed until Wednesday for the holidays. Hopefully he can send out a new relay box short after that.

Thanks for the help guys! Appreciate it. Have a great holiday

ok i have had my d2s retros in a couple months and bout 2 weeks ago the drivers side started acting up but would go back to low beam.it was stuck on high beam but i unplugged the projector and it went back but now its stuck again and i cant get it back to low beam. TRS said to make sure every thing on the slides are not bent and from what i can tell they are now.

any one had this or know how to fix it? thanks
