Walking down the Venice Beach boardwalk and looked to my right to find this!

LEO's stated its a bone stock 4x4 TRD Sport with some modifications for the spot lights and lightbar. They had mud terrains running at 15psi, and they said they get stuck every once in a while but they always shovel their way out.
