So noticed a vibration today driving around the mall parking lot
0-10mph truck vibrates on acceleration when I'm slowing down same thing happens between 10 - 0.
Not sure if this falls under the vibration that has been know to show after you've lifted your truck.

Anyone have any thoughts on if this the typical driveline vibration or something else before I start
    Measuring angles and getting spacers?

    Thanks,

    ~B

    Maybe a bad u-joint?

    Do you grease them regularly?

Did you recently lift your vehicle?

Honestly sounds to me like a bad u-joint though.

Go under your truck, grab the driveshaft and try to turn it both directions. You should have absolutely no play.

Try shaking it. You should get a little bit of play in the carrier but not without a little bit of force.

I'm going to guess there is something wrong if the ujoint is bad at 20k?

U-joints can go at any time. Sometimes they can be installed incorrectly or one of the clips could come loose. Othertimes the zerk fittings can become clogged and not get grease. Old grease could also still be inside and making them wear faster. The problem should be isolated though, and unless something is seriously wrong with your pinion angle, I doubt its related to lift.

Did you wiggle the shaft? :)

You got mud tires? They are rough below 10 mph.

That I do, didn't notice the vibration before and have had them for a while. Maintenance time is coming around so ill be rotating the tires and everything also. Probably will get their balance checked also. Picked up my spare and the weights fell off it.(possibly a lost cause as I thought unbalanced tires show up more a speed)
