im no expert at this but i just took some criminal justice classes. if the guy doesnt have proof that you or the other people with you did this. he doesnt have a case. and if he tries to take it to court, the judge will probably just laugh at him because of how dumb he is and what he said to you. i wouldnt sweat it. proof would be video, pics. stuff like that. im sure your fine

i had somethin not really similar happen to me when i tried to sell my house. someone left the backdoor open, the carport door unlocked, pillows laid out differently on my bed, and no one fessed up. no one else had a key & no one would take responsibility. oh, and i found missing hand towels between the bed and wall that were missing since the day i came home and found my house like i just stated.

so, with that said... i knew i couldnt prove who did anything. im not tryin to say that im sayin all realtors lie or anything, but if u deny it what can the guy do? $38 case will get him no where. do like someone just said and get a notarized statement from everyone that was with u & keep that just in case.

turns out that the guy that was my 3rd in-line realtor (long long story) that all this happened under, i found out that his wife left him bc she caught him with another DUDE!!! so imagine how i felt when i remembered back and my hand towels were missin & my bed was all out of wack and pillows not in the right place i always put them!! talk about feelin violated and sick to yur stomach!!

good luck man & dont do anything to lose yur license. dont let an asshole cause u to lose it all

Ok here's the deal dude call's for a meeting with the owner's of KW here not knowing that one of them is the same person he chewed out the week before. He was trying to say he did nothing worng then found out that he had spoken with an owner. He was trying to be the victim. After he knew he was caught he started back tracking on his story and said if I drop the charge's he wont go after my license and we wont here from him anymore. At the end of the phone call he said (LOL) God bless you!! to the owner.

I am a Home Inspector and have an electronic keypad that allows me to unlock the electronic lock boxes on the doors of many of these homes. It is a touchy situation due to the inherent responsibility of accessing these homes, sometimes without a witness to back you up.

Part of doing business in my case.

So I go to court today for this BS and I tell the DA I want this guy to just go away and leave me and my office alone. So she suggested Mediation which is going to cost him 60 bucks and he took it. So I have to go through that process and the return to court on 8/2/09. He should of just kissed his 38 dollars go buy now plus the 38 bucks he's out 98.00 Idiot. Damn he was pissed when we left his eye's were blood shot and watering.
