I mentioned that my truck has a slight vibration on acceleration and a slight steering wheel vibration, the check in guy looked at me oddly, it seems the lights are on but nobody is home with these guys?

Been here since 6:45 am and it's 9 and I'm still here, at least they have 4 massage chairs but only 1 works :(

Don't be surprised if, while your relaxing in the wait area, they carry out the cabin air filter (which probably will be black) and ask if you want a new one installed for $50. That was the 'push' sale I observed this past Friday to some other owners when I took our Rav4 in for the rear-control arm bolt inspection. I was surprised they didn't do it to me, but I was there only for that recall inspection..

For one guy, the dealer associate actually laid all of the debris and 'nesting' material (likely from a critter) that was stuck in the cabin filter box, which appreared about 4"to 5" high, and brought it to the owner in front of everyone else, then asked whether she wanted a new one. I would have been embarrased, and my temper may have come out had they done that to me in front of the other customers.

Without any question they ordered parts for the TSB on vibrations. Not sure what parts they will call when they come in. So far so good

Not sure if they did the cabin air filter or not
