I picked up my new 2013 last night , and I gotta say the oem jbl entune navi is really impressive and exceeded my expectations .

After I ordered the truck I was reading alot of complains about the oem jbl sterio and navi . I was almost regretting my choise . I've always had aftermarket systems and sterios in all of my pervious vehicles . But this time I paid the extra money for a upgraded oem system .

For starters the entune is way cooler then I expected , for example having pandora on screen, all the song info is displayed right on the screen . And you can scroll right through your ipod songs, and thumbs up or down songs on the touch screen if your listening to pandora . One down side is for itune users like myself the pandora only works if your connected usb while other phone are capable to stream pandora wireless.

Now I know some aftermarket head units have this to but the best part is having the buttons on the steering wheel that allow for volume change , mode change , scroll through songs . Entune also allows you to call people using the steering wheel controls . For example the entune has a basic voice command button , a hang up button right on the steering wheel . Also when calls come in you can hit accept or reject right on the touch screen . You can link you contacts right to the screen aswell . Plus more I probably haven't done yet .

Now as far as sound quality , its better then any other oem sterio I've heard latley. The sub has a decent amount of bass , people don't give it enough credit . It doesn't rattle your mirror but you can defiantly hear it .

I was planning on upgrading it right away from reading so many bad reviews but after driving around with it ill be content with it for alittle while . My previous 4runner had an audiobahn 12 . I miss it but this jbl sub is good for stock .

Now the navi seems pretty much like a basic navi unit , similar to the garmen and etc . I haven't gotten to mess around with it much yet . The navi also responds to the voice commands from the entune steering wheel command button but it definatly isn't as sharp as Siri . I've got to mess with it some more .

The entune is honestly what makes it worth it to me .
