Ben, if you have Friday evening free, we could knock some of these electrical projects out. I might also have some time Sunday afternoon once my family leaves for home.

I've got a PA horn you can have. I've always just plugged it into the back of the CB and ran it off of that.

If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
That would probably work out. We are leaving early Sat. for Leavenworth and won't be back til Mon. night.

That would work as long as it's a snug fit. You could also put a dab of solder on each lead if needed.

I wouldn't get the 891 though. It's only 8w, which is less than 1/2 the output of the OEM bulb.

Jason, if you don't get a horn from Mitch, you should definitely grab this one:

I just ordered a set of sliders from 4xI. Anyone with a welder and know how willing to help when I receive them? I don't have a lot of money to have a shop do it. I am in Kitsap co but will travel along the sound. I need to get rid of these nerf bars.

Appreciate the quick responses guys. I don't have a shop or anything I am looking for someone who does. I'm willing to pay to install. Just trying to meet some local Tacoma owners as I'm new to the area. What's the largest tire I can run on stock 16" rims with this lift? Still a 265/75/16??

You can easily run a 265, hell I was running that stock. If you get a cab mount chop you can clear 285's

Stock size is also 265. Truck definitely looks better at factory height with 265s I think. Was thinking of running the duratracs. Amazing how much better they look at 265/75/16 while the stock size is 265/70/16. Must just be the aggressiveness of the tire. Basically I can't run a 285 without any kind of trimming with or without a 3" lift?? Bummer
