Opinions / Suggestions 2013 Double Cab

I need your help.

I'm a newbie to this site however this is my second Tacoma which I basically did nothing to. My 2009 Double Cab only had new rubber put onto it and AFE cold air intake.

Now onto my second 2013 DC, I want to put more into it. I have approximately 5-6K to spend on Mods etc; and would like your opinions, suggestions on making my ride worthy of off-roading / street riding.

My thoughts are the following:

New Shoes - Pro Comp 7036
Tires... TBD
AFE - Cold Air Intake
5100 Bilstein Shocks (4) set .85"
Front Bumper...... TBD
Rear Bumper ..... TBD
Sliders - Rhino??? TBD
Light Bar.... TBD

any suggestions too.
