    Ordering my spindles in a week and I'm leaning towards the 285/75s because I have a small Willie and feel like I need that extra 1 inch to compensate for that. Should I go with those or just stick to the 285/70s

    Too few to list.
    If you can fit it, why not? Rare size for 75's though. I believe only a couple of manufacturer makes those.
