Great build! I just ordered a 30 inch light bar to put in the exact spot you did! Great minds think alike I guess! How does it work?

    Solid truck. :proposetoast:
Did you get the Icon UCAs? If so, the Billet aluminums or the tubulars?
How did the lightbar mount in, pretty easy right to the bracket above the bumper?

Light output is pretty decent considering I haven't altered the lower grill at all. I plan on cutting out the stock cross-hatch part of the lower grill and installing a mesh of some kind with the intention of getting more light output.

I got the tubular UCAs. They are built really well, like all ICON stuff. I have developed a squeak in the UCA bushings though. It's driving me crazy! I lubed like crazy and it's still there!

As for the light, it mounted directly to the aluminum bumper posts. I just got lucky with the length of the lightbar. I was able to wiggle it up in there with the bumper still on and mark the holes. When I removed the bumper, the holes just happened to be right in the middle of the posts. So I installed the light, reattached the bumper and ran the wires to a 2nd stock fog light switch from the dealer. BAM! DONE! LOVE IT!

I'm debating whether or not i even need the UCAs. And if i decide to get them, which ones do I get? The price difference is pretty crazy, but the billets are just that much better? Im like you, wanna get all icon equip.

I installed mine as well. I think the stock grill will do for now. Mesh would definitely help though!
