Nope. Got a good 2" of clearance.

I gues us "larger folks" push down more on the seat springs.......

Even though I am 5'11, having the seats up higher, or even the ability to adjust the front of the seats would be nice. The only problem is head gap. 2 or 3 inches usually equates to a broken neck in the event of a roll over.

The only way I'd consider using spacers would be if they were welded on. But SC4333 brings up a great point.

Ummm, yeah, you'd be punishing yourself on that one. Don't do it! Then they go straight to "You must have somethin on the side since you're not tryin to hit this". No reason to bring that nonsense on yourself.

I'll probably just go get a 1/2" tall stack of washers and put them under the front of the seat. I think that the bolts are long enough to allow this.

    Smart man!

I had an old Jeep Wrangler with the drivers side sagging a little to the left from all the sliding in and out. I put about a half inch worth of washers under the left side to level it out. Those washers squeaked like crazy going around corners and such.

Does anybody know if 4runner seats will work. At least maybe the power seat mechanism.
