Selling my MetalMiller bedrail spare tire carrier.

A description can be seen at his site, http://www.metalmiller.com/#!tire-mount

This is sturdy as hell. Doesn't shake and rattle. Steel construction.
    Great quality welds and finish!

Used it to hold the stock TRD Off Road size 265/70r16.
I'm sure it could easily hold a 265/75r16 or the equal 265/70r17 tire.
I'm not positive about a 285 tire. I feel like it should work, but I'm not 100%.

Selling to go a different direction with my bed organization.

Painted it with a rattle can black. It's held up alright but could use a re-spray as some (very little, very light) surface rust is showing through.

I've owned it for a long time, but it's only spent about 4 months on the truck.

Including all hardware, and the MetalMiller magnatic coozy that came with it ;)

    PICS:

    PRICE: $80 shipped.

They are $95 plus shipping new.

    Located in Cleveland, Ohio.

Do you have a pic of the bottom of the tire with it installed? I want to see if there is space between the bed and tire to see if it'll fit 33"

Hmmm i'll have to see if I can dig one up since it's not on my truck anymore - or I can maybe throw it on and take a pic.

Good to see you're still interested in this haha I remember you messaging me months ago when I was first thinking of selling it!

Hmmm... that could maybe work... I really should just PM metal miller himself, maybe he'll know

It will work, may have to put a wood block under the tire but it will work.

You're right! I was taking a look at it today and flipping it would give enough room to fit 35s probably. Put a rubber pad under it and call it a day for 285s i think.

The carrier will work just fine with the 285. I have a 33x12.5x17 installed on the bedside with a metal miller carrier.
