So I've had an issue this winter when it's been really cold in the mornings.. I hit the gas either in D or R and the engine revs and wants to move the truck, but something is not releasing.. It feels like the trans has an internal brake..Does it?

It did it twice before I had the trans fluid changed/flushed and it has done it probably 6 times after. It is usually right away either backing out of the driveway, or going from R to D in the street. It did do it at the first stop light this morning too.
