As stated in the title, anyone using a tablet or something like it for ebooks?

I checked out the ipad mini today, 330$ seems like a reasonable investment. Still getting use to the ebooks but they are not that bad and save quite a bit of money, not to mention ebooks are MUCH easier to carry as opposed 4 or 5 medical books :D

    Anyone using anything different?

I hate ebooks. So much easier to flip between the front and back etc in a normal book.
I have one on my computer though and that works for me. (Since I hate them anyway)

I had an e-book for a class that my wife ended up needing for a similar one and we put it on her ipad. the only problem she is seeing right now is that she can't highlight things like with the book on a computer. I tried putting it on my kindle (2nd generation kindle) and it is nearly impossible to read. other than that, it works fine on her ipad.

Yeah I do like having the actual book as well. I usually get the edition before to have to actual book in hand and have the ebook for reference for things not covered...but I noticed I usually just use the ebook.

I don't really highlight in my books, maybe a sticky note if its a picture or I cant explain what ever it into my notes I take :p

I do have glasses though so read-ability would be a big thing.
