SIAP, but I really have no clue on heat/ac parts or problems. Right now my fan doesn't work whatsoever so I have no heat, AC, or defrost. However, if I open up the housing for the fan and manually spin the fan by hand, it will start working as long as the truck is on. Any ideas what is wrong here? TIA

Try this. Set fan settings to max and see if it works.

If on high you have to spin it to get it going more than likely the bearings are going bad.

^^^ That sounds like it could be a problem too because when I spin the fan by hand to get it going, it still doesn't blow out as much air as normal and it just sounds like its struggling to spin. Can you replace the bearings, or is it just easier to replace the whole fan?
