Also if your order from DSM or toytech make you tell them your a tacomaworld member and you'll get a discount... I say if your going to get the springs, the dakkar go all the way and get some LR UCA's.. .that or maybe TC UCA's... Go big or go home.. .that's my rationale..:dancingbacon:

Trimming a little plastic in the wheel wells isn't all that hard..

20% Tint, OME 3"complete lift with Dakar's, Light Racing UCA's, 285/75/16 Nitto Terra Grapplers, 10 HP TW sticker, Ultraguage, B.A.M.F. Rock Sliders, MedicFab Bed Rack, Relentless front bumper, Air Flow Snorkel, Ham comms, Tech Deck
I would also recommend the OME with 885's and Dakar's. Mine has been nothing but impressive. I went with the full 3" and I'm running LR UCA's with factory rims and rub at full lock on the UCA's. I have a set of Spidertrax I just haven't put them on yet. I'm also running 285/75/16 Nitto's. The ride is a lot better to me than stock. Stock was way to mushy and soft. This isn't a caddilac it's a 4x4 truck and should perform like one. You will be very impressed with carrying a load with the Dakars. Yuo won't see the truck squat to the groung with the Dakars. After my alignment I only rub on one side at full lock on the UCa's also. It doesn't really bother me that much so that's why I haven't put the spidertrax on yet. Good luck with your decision you'll be happy with OME.

Foglights are for fog, not oncoming traffic!
    It won't be under warranty.
And you're the first to say your car exceeded expectations.
    I would minimize lift.
I drive the same roads you do and don't see a benefit to lifting or oversize tires.
    FWIW.

Thanks for everyone's help on this build!!! Here's what I ended up with:

OME total kit (885 springs, F/R shocks, Dakkar leaf pack)
    TC UCAs
    Ultra Gauntlet Wheels 17"
    Kanti Mud Hog 285/70/17 tires

Had to trim the fenders a bit but not going to touch the cab mount at all. there's a little bit of rubbing and definitely going to go down a tire size next time.
