    I appreciate the support you guys have shown and respect the opinions of those who do not agree with the NRA. I have upgraded my 5 year membership that i just purchased within the last 6 months to a lifetime membership, and purchased my wife a lifetime membership also.

    OP, when you upgraded did they prorate it from whatever you paid for the 5 year membership? I can't complain about $700 off but was just curious.

    The life of duty program is awesome but at the same time I'm not really concerned about paying the $70/3 years or whatever it is and would rather they use that for whatever they are pushing at the current time than as a year sponsorship...but I've also never been huge on giving stuff away to certain groups just because.
