second fuse panel?

2005 PRERUNNER. Hi. New truck to me. Have had the issue with heater motor and thermometer/compass that seems to be common here. Repaired all but have no power in cig lighter and aux plug. Am i missing a second fuse panel. Also need to find a manual obviously.Thanx

 

One panel is behind the coin tray, down bottom left of the steering column, below the switches at the bottom of the dash

 

yup, and the diagram is on the back of the tray. The Cig lighter fuse is the power outlet 15A Top right corner of the fuse panel.

 

Did you know that off the top of your head?

 

I was in there tapping power for my CB last night. Also it's live all the time. So there is a relay somewhere that turns on with the ignition because the cig lighter is only live when the key is on.

Also the FSM is the best manual I have used. Hard to find for free though .

haha, it's a few hours later here. Almost lunchtime and I am starving. Providing detailed info burns calories

 

thanx to you both. Fuse was fine so now i look elsewhere but i sure appreciate the help. Also found a manual on Amazon. Now I'm ready.
