Need help with remote start install!

In the middle of installing a Viper 5904 remote start in my truck and I'm kinda at a stand-still. I've never done a vehicle with 2 starter wires. Can you look up the wiring diagram for an 07 Tacoma on bulldog security's website or maybe some other place and let me know how I need to wire it up to the heavy gauge Remote Start (H3) 10-pin connector located at this link:
