Hey guys, I am a Tacoma lover here in CA, ive been on thie site for almost a month now and i love it!! i have found good discounts on products, lots of great info about my truck! so i wanted to return the favor to all of you tacoma lovers out there.

I am a licensed banker in CA, VA, MA and PA

if you are a homeowner and looking to refinance i can give you a huge discount on closing cost and give you any inside scoop as to whats going on in the industry.

realistically par rate for a 30yr fix is about 3.5% today, and if you have a loan of around $250,000 or higher it might not cost you anything at all.
reason behind this is that the discount i can apply is a % of your loan ammount, so bigger loan = bigger discount.

shoot me a PM if you are interested, i can pretty much tell you if its worth it by looking at your loan size and current rate.

    Cheers!

I recently refi'd my mortgage. I originally bought in 2006 @ 6.25% fixed. Now I'm at 3.37% fixed. Saved a few sheckles on my monthly nut.

This is a good service BudTRD is offering for people who can benefit.

    Bump for OP

I am in same situation as w00dy - I have refinanced my 30-year mortgage from 2006 at 6.75% to a 15-year at 3.35%. Going from 30-year to 15-year is only $18/month more due to the interest rate reduction on a $2,200/month mortgage. Great deal, so make use of it if you can....

I thought about going to a 15 year. But what im doing is still sending my original payment amount since I already have my credit union take out the money. Even though my new payment is almost $400 less than at my old rate.

    Thumbs up Boerseun!

^^^ That's actually a good option too. It gives you the flexibility of making the lower payment if there is some hardship in your budget for whatever reason.
By making the original payment you still get it paid off sooner if you stick to it.

I am saving $240,000 in interest over the life of the loan by going from my original mortgage to the new 15-year.
