Just bought my first Toyota. I'm really excited about it! I've been reading alot of post here and already have several questions.

Driver's side will not let me turn key counterclockwise to lock doors, only clockwise to unlock doors. Can do both clockwise and counterclockwise with key on passenager door. What may be causing that. The key will not turn counterclockwise. Why?

The passenager actuator is out. Both inside locks will operate the driver's side door, but I cannot hear the actuator on passenager door at all. How can I fix that?

This truck didn't come with keyless entry. Is there anyway to get the OEM parts (remote and brain) to work with my truck. I know there is a ton of aftermarker products but I wanna stick to all OEM stuff if possible.

    Thanks for the help!

Hmmm wish I could help man. Sounds like something is hung up or maybe worn out. Im sure someone will chime in to help. Do a search and see what you come up with. Im sure you can add the remote unlock if you research and find the parts. Good luck!!
