Got bored today!

Looks great, man. I liked the first one best. Would have called it "Lichen" and would have hated to put it down on the taiga. Would never find it again.

I painted my Rem 700 stock last year. Not much to it once you get over spraying a $200 stock with krylon, lol.

I wouldnt use brake cleaner. I'd use denatured alchohol.

Break cleaner is some nasty stuff.

 

Thanks man, but I like yours better. Anyone can tape and paint, but it takes some skill to do a good random pattern like yours.

 

If you get the non chlorinated brake cleaner, it is not as bad. I have never had any problem with it and it gets all of the oils, grease, and paint off with minimum effort. I have never had a problem with it melting any plastics. I tell you what is some mean stuff, is that break free stuff from Wal Mart, that crap melted some CZ grips.

 

Believe me, any idiot with a sponge can do my paint job.

 

I like the first one too. Looks kinda like DEVGRU paint
