I need to get a hold of whoever the owner is of a what seems to be abandoned house. Does anyone know how I could go about getting contact info of whoevers on the deed, I'm assuming this is public info, I called the the court house but to late there closed for the day.

Yeah...Court House or Tax Collector should have those records. I use the Tax Collector to get info for the owner of the trailer park across the street from my house to deal with some issues. Worked perfect.
