Hey guys, I was wondering if I could get some help with find a cheap way to lift my truck. I have a 2002 Prerunner with the SR5 and TRD package, I want to lift it about 3 inches and level it out (front and back at equal height) so I can put some bigger tires on it (stock rims). I don't know a lot about lifts and suspension to be honest so what we be a good kit to go with and and whats the biggest tire size I could get w/o rubbing? Any help would be appreciated.

BTW, I'm kinda on a tight budget, so I was hoping for something within the $100 - $300 range, would this be possible?

ALSO, what are some tires that look and perform good (off-road) that aren't too expensive?

I found this kit on eBay
    http://www.ebay.com/itm/1995-2004-T...:Tacoma|Year:2003&hash=item3f0f15c557&vxp=mtr
Is it a decent kit for the price or a piece of junk?

Pretty much you are going to get out what you put in. I think you would be better off trying to save up a bit and purchase components as you can.
Look at pictures on here of similiar trucks to yours or trucks that have that "look" that you want to accomplish. Then see what components they have making up their lift.

    Good luck
